This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how InstaGet ("we," "us," or "the App") collects, use, disclose, handles your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

InstaGet is designed to collect as little data as possible. The App operates as a client-side tool — media saves occur directly between publicly accessible source URLs and your device. Our servers are not involved in the media transfer pipeline.

We do not collect:

• Social media login credentials, passwords, or session tokens of any kind.
• Your social media profile data, follower lists, or private messages.
• Precise GPS location, biometric, or sensitive personal information.
• Financial data — all payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), depending on your device. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card number or any financial credentials.
• Any personal data from children under the age of 13.

The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support — such as your name and email address. Users may visit our App anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App related activities.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We may collect non-personal information about Users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored exclusively by Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), depending on your device — never by us.

The App uses the following Google services, which collect data independently under Google's Privacy Policy:

To opt out of personalised ads: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID." On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off InstaGet, or decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time InstaGet asks for permission — no advertising identifier is collected if you decline.

We use no other third-party SDKs. If this changes, you will be notified in-app before any new SDK goes live.

2. How We Use Information

Any information we receive is used solely to:

• Respond to support queries you initiate with us.
• Maintain and improve the App's functionality and performance.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating the App, under the same protections as this Policy.
• Where required by law, court order, or government authority.
• In connection with a merger or acquisition, under the same protections as this Policy.

We do not sell or share your data for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Retention

Since we collect no personal data in the ordinary course of App use, there is no user data to retain. Support communications (if any) are retained for up to 1 year from last correspondence, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

5. Advertising

The free tier of the App is ad-supported. Ads are served through Google AdMob (by Google LLC).

What AdMob collects:

• Your device's advertising identifier — the Android Advertising ID on Android, or Apple's IDFA on iOS — a resettable, anonymous device identifier (not your name or personal details). On iOS, this identifier is only accessible to AdMob if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, no advertising identifier is collected and ads shown will not be personalised.
• Basic device information (model, OS version).
• Approximate location at country level, derived from IP address — not your GPS location.
• Whether an ad was viewed or tapped.

This information is used by AdMob to show you relevant ads. We do not receive, see, or store any of this data — AdMob operates independently under Google's Privacy Policy. To opt out of personalised ads: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete Advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"; on iOS, decline (or later revoke, via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking) the App Tracking Transparency permission.

Upgrading to InstaGet Premium removes all ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in certain EU member states, 18 under certain Indian law contexts). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child below the minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at saanidhhyasoftwares@gmail.com.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information without consent should contact saanidhhyasoftwares@gmail.com.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the laws of the country or state in which you reside, you may have the following rights:

8. Notice to International Users

IMPORTANT: This App is developed and operated from India and is primarily intended for users in India. If you are accessing the App from outside India, you do so voluntarily and at your own initiative. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the App complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any local data protection regulations.

9. Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: InstaGet provides tools to save publicly accessible media. We are not responsible for: (a) the legality of any saved content; (b) compliance with any social media platform's Terms of Service; (c) intellectual property rights; or (d) any consequences arising from your use of saved content. All such responsibility lies solely with the user.

Users agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws. Saving content without the permission of the copyright holder may constitute infringement. User will not use the App to save, store, or distribute content in violation of any applicable platform's terms of use.

10. User Responsibilities

By using InstaGet, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You will not use saved content to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• You will not use the App to save, store, or distribute content in violation of any social media platforms' Terms of Use or any other applicable platform's terms.
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from your use of saved content.

InstaGet reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for any user who is found to be in violation of these responsibilities.

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we hold. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that is likely to adversely affect your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. 12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify users through an in-app notice or push notification (where technically feasible).

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
